Magnificat High School is a Catholic all-girls college-preparatory high school located in Rocky River, Ohio. Since 2020, I have designed retreats and professional learning for the school’s senior leadership team, which has included developing team agreements, developing a shared vision, aligning the team vision to the school’s values, and connecting the community to the school’s mission.

The Learning Choice Academy offers a unique and flexible K-12 public hybrid homeschool program designed to meet the individual needs of our students and their families. This retreat brought together leaders from across school sites to get aligned on their leadership goals, agreements, vision, and rituals for the year ahead.
