    This approach is for you if you need support on professional goals or projects and you would benefit from a third party.

    Perhaps you created goals or are in the process of refining them, and you'd benefit from partnership and conversation to see these goals to fruition.

    Depending on the outcomes of this work, this partnership may lead to longer-term coaching/consulting or additional consulting hours. 

  • Team Coaching & Consulting

    This approach is for you if your team is working on an initiative and needs support in the process.

    This could look like curricular scope and sequence redesign, team/organization-wide adoption of new practices, building and implementing a program, or implementation of a strategic plan. Or perhaps there are interpersonal dynamics you’re working on. Perhaps you are in the forming or storming phases of your team and want to establish structures for working well.
